How Do OL Become To Party Queen

Many company's events or parties are in the night and many women go out with their dates after a long working day too.

It is important to carry your style for the day to the night. If you do not have time to go home and change, wear your night out outfit frock to work but tone it down in the day by throwing on a jacket. A good way to charge up your look for that date or party is to pile on the accessories once night falls.

Start the day with a slinky pencil dress as it is back on trend. It looks traditional and demure enough for the day and yet eternally chic and sexy in the night with fashion jewelry. If it is not your style to be too glitzy or sparkly sequins, a flowing, dramatic chiffon tunic can also do the trick.

Clothes make the man and yet it is the accessories that set your outfit apart from day to night.

Pointy-toe

Necklaces

Choker or cuff Necklaces

If you would like to spice up your day outfit for night, look for choker necklaces that are elaborate in shape, colours and length. Cuff necklaces can also be suitable for someone with long neck. They will definitely inject glamour into your outfit.

Embellished jackets

Earrings

Fashion Earrings

There are many different types of earrings for you to explore, from drop earrings to studs depending on your face shape. In terms of designs you may also choose according to your outfit or personality from pretty trendy baubles to "Chandellier" earrings to timeless white gold studs with glittering diamonds.

Ring

Cocktail Bling Ring

A big cocktail bling ring with colourful Swarovski crystal, diamonds or unpolished rock can add glamour to your outfit.

Make-up that you can wear for the night-out

Finally, how to freshen up your make-up for your date after a day at work? If your skin is oily, spritz some facial mist and blot away with tissue or use an oil blotter to absorb excess sheen. First of all, use a fluffy powder brush to dust on over areas where the make-up has worn off. Go for heavy burgundy/black smoky eyes for a little more dramatic eye-make up and choosing two eye shadows to use that blend. If your eyes are making a statement, tone down the lips. Go for a warm nude shade colour. Lastly touch up your brows to give a polish appearance.

You will be at your best look for your date or party. Go and enjoy yourselves.

10 Reasons To Tell You That You Are Attractive In Fact

Before you read any further, will you do me a quick favor? Find a mirror, take a look at yourself, and pay attention to the thoughts and feelings that run through your head. Don't feel silly. It's okay. And I'll still be here when you get back (promise).

Done? Let's continue. How did that feel? Did your brain think positive thoughts like, "I look super cute today!" or did you put yourself down because you hate your thighs, hips, arms, or (insert body part here)? If I had to guess, I imagine most of you put yourselves down.

What you see in your reflection has a lot more to do with how you perceive yourself than how others perceive you. We are all guilty of beating ourselves up, so to encourage a healthy dose of self-love, I made a list of 10 reasons why you are attractive (yes, I'm talking to you!).

1. You care

You can't put a price tag on genuine care and concern. Imagine all of the lives you have touched by the simple act of caring. There are few things more attractive than compassion.

2. You have strength of character

No matter what life throws at you, you keep moving forward. No matter how many times you fall down, you keep getting back up. No matter how many struggles you face, you stand firm. Your strength to keep on living and stay true to yourself speaks highly of your character.

3. Your hair is gorgeous (and fun to play with)

Blonde, black, brown, red, yellow, pink, or polka-dotted? Doesn't matter. Long and luxurious, suave and styled, short and sweet, spiked like a punk? All good. Maybe you don't even have hair, and that's okay too, because then your head will be all soft and smooth!

4. Your smile makes me smile

There is nothing more attractive than a genuine smile. Show your pearly whites because happiness is contagious.

5. Mmmmm, brains…

Your wit tickles my brain's fancy. Your unquenchable thirst for knowledge is uber attractive.

6. You are fascinated with the world

Curiosity about the world and everything in it is a super attractive trait. The ceaseless asking of the question "Why?" means you will never run out of things to learn about, read about, and talk about.

7. Giggle, giggle, giggle, snort!

Laughing is one of the best calorie-burning activities ever. Keep sharing giggles with everyone you come across because there is already enough darkness in the world. Be a source of light instead.

8. Respect

Debating about things like politics and religion can grow our perspective and help us see where other people are coming from. But your ability to treat people equally no matter how different from you they may be is an attractive quality that shows you are worthy of respect.

9. You give thanks

Your gratefulness shows that you appreciate the people who help you and the blessings in your life. If we can't be thankful for what we do have, what makes us think obtaining what we don't have will make us feel any better? Your thankfulness is incredibly attractive.

10. You are who you are

There is nothing more attractive than a person who is 100% comfortable in his or her skin. Love your body. Be unapologetic about who you are. Walk with confidence. Hug yourself because you are beautiful. Love yourself because you are wonderful. Smile because you deserve it.

I hope you enjoyed this list of 10 reasons why you are attractive and I would be thrilled if you would leave a comment with something you love about yourself. That could be a favorite feature of your body, a personality trait you think is neat, or a character strength that helps you succeed. Let's hear it!

Cut Hair! Gorgeous Female Model Turned To Handsome Male Model

A woman who is now working as a male model has released a video of the life-changing moment when she had her hair cut off.

Elliott Sailors came forward last week talking about her decision to use her androgynous looks in a different way by seeking work as a male model instead of female model.

Now she and her husband have released the video of the emotional moments where she took her place in the barber shop chair and watched as the electric clippers.

She wrote about the experience in The New York Post,'They said, "We don't actually do women's short-style haircuts.” I laughed and said, "I understand. I want to look like a boy,'' she wrote.'When I sat down in the chair, I told him, "I'm going to cry, but don't worry about it. I REALLY want to do this.”'

Sailors, 31, has explained that the decision to drastically change her look is a pragmatic one, as she feels that she will be able to stay in the industry longer as her career was headed down a catalogue-focused path as opposed to high fashion.

She and her husband Adam Santos-Coy married in 2011 and over the course of their first year as a married couple they had multiple conversations about the prospect of changing her look to work in the male modeling world.

Her husband Adam Santos-Coy has been a constant source of support, and he was the one holding the video camera during the landmark haircut and he suggested they go to his barber for the big step.

'Tears welled in my eyes again at the first buzz. But I was determined not to have a tear fall,' she wrote in The Post.

'It wasn't so much about my hair — it's just hair. It was really that I had been a model for so long. It's what I do. It was saying goodbye to what I had been and knowing that I was starting something brand new, and I had no idea how it would go.'

She appeared on The Today Show this morning, and though she has not revealed how many bookings she has confirmed in light of her 2012 haircut, she said that the exposure is a good thing in itself.

'I've never regretted it. I'm standing for something different to be possible in the world — and not just for me. It's a stand for self-expression, transformation and freedom,' she wrote.

8 Ways To Deal With Bangs Grow Too Fast And No Shape

Bangs: We have a love-hate relationship with them. They're great when we want to instantly switch up our 'do without making a dramatic transformation. But once our fringe begins to grow out and block our vision, we start to grow irritated.

We ask ourselves, "Why won't our bangs just lay flat?" and "How exactly are we supposed to style them when they're too long?"

Michelle Obama can even relate to our frustration. Since celebrating her 49th birthday with "mid-life crisis bangs," the first lady is now dealing with the awkward, grow-out phase. "The bangs are a day-to-day proposition," she told "Entertainment Tonight." "They're starting to grow out, getting a little irritating. But it's okay!”

And if Michelle believes that it's going to be okay, well then, so do we.

In an effort to not get all frizzed out, we asked Aussie celebrity stylist Sarah Potempa for some tips and tricks to style bangs as they grow.

1. Sweep them to the side.

Ask your stylist to make the corner edge of your bangs rounded on one side. This will automatically give the appearance of side-swept bangs when they're growing out.

2. Slick' em back!

A small flat iron like this one will come in handy to smooth unruly bangs. You'll want to flat iron the bangs right at the root in the desired direction, not forward, allowing the bangs to be easily incorporated into your hairstyle.

3. Keep your bangs moisturized.

Add a little leave-in conditioner on the ends.

4. Braid it up.

Create a two-strand twist (weaving two sections of hair over to one side) or French braid, then apply a little smooth gel to keep those extra pieces tucked in without all the crunch.

5. Pick a part.

A side part is easier when growing bangs out. Section your bangs when your hair is wet before blow-drying. This way your bangs won't kink or go the wrong way!

6. Give them a lift.

Have fun by styling into a mini pompadour. Twist bangs up with a little gel and secure with bobby pins.

7. Don't wear the same style every day.

If you always pull your bangs over to the side, they're going to become damaged and won't grow as quickly. Change it up!

8. Accessorize, accessorize, accessorize.

Vintage brooches or clip-on earrings are a great way to pull bangs back and add luxe detail. Bobby pins are another alternative -- look to the runway and red carpet for inspiration and incorporate neon and metallic finishes or stack three or four in a row.

Fashion Tips: How To Wear Clothes That Show You Thin

FATTENING, PLEATED MAXI DRESS:

I feel like a Greek goddess in this halterneck maxi dress, but when I really look at my reflection, I realise that, sadly, I don't resemble one. The halterneck that I believed was a failsafe flatterer makes my shoulders look broad.

I thought the loose shape would skim over my physique, but without a belt it makes me look shapeless. Perhaps if I were in my 20s, with slender arms, I might be able to carry off this dress. As it is, I just look as though I have rather a lot to hide. I've easily gained a stone just by putting this on.

SLIMMING, ILLUSION PANEL DRESS:

When even supermodels like Kate Moss wear illusion dresses to enhance their perfectly proportioned physiques, it would seem sensible to take notice. But I've never liked these dresses: they look a bit comical, somehow, and surely the optical illusion is too obvious to fool anyone?

But when Eliza finally convinces me to try this on, I really like it. It's not too tight or revealing, but it is alluring. Importantly though, the dark panels at the sides definitely make me look thinner. A stone seems to have instantly vanished.

Top 10 Classic Fashion In Fall 2013

1. The Back-to-School Blazer

Bring some serious style to class with this ready-to-hit-the-books look. A long, dark-colored blazer is not only practical for chillier weather, but it also emanates a confident, big-woman-on-campus vibe.

To style this look, be sure to pick a blazer that hits at or below your hips and pair it with distressed jeans and a colorful graphic tank. Complete the look by rolling the sleeves up to expose your wrists and adding a chunky watch -- you don't want to be late to your next class!

2. The In-Between Scarf

Though it's not quite time for the cozy knit scarves of winter, adding a thin cotton scarf to your back-to-school look is on-trend for fall. Accessorize a laid-back outfit with a colorful, patterned scarf by wrapping it only once around your neck or letting it hang loose. To add even more color to a neutral outfit, layer a couple lightweight scarves in contrasting colors.

3. Lightning

Black leather is bold, so be sure to keep it simple. Start with just one leather piece, like a jacket or pants, and add casual jeans or a black tee. For the ultimate statement, keep everything black and add a pop of color with a bright hat like Hilary Duff. Jaws will drop all over campus.

4. Top it Off

From beanies to bowlers, this fall trend is easy to pull off since there are so many choices. Add a neutral fedora to a casual tee and jeans, or pair a colorful neon beanie to a chunky sweater and corduroy pants.

For a bohemian look, channel Nikki Reed and don a cowboy trilby with a maxi skirt and loose cotton blouse.

5. Time Machine

The 90s are back in a big way. Combinations like crop tops, plaid button-ups, and grungy graphic tees paired with cutoffs or skorts are popping up everywhere. For the full-on grunge look, emulate Caroline D’Amore and pair a plaid button down with a jean or leather vest and add gothic-inspired tights.

For just a taste of the 90s, get nostalgic and try out this fall trend on campus by throwing on a graphic band tee and pairing it with either boyfriend jeans or cutoffs.

6. The Everlasting Trend

Don't put away your peplum just yet! Thanks to its versatility, this trend is sticking around for yet another season. Headed to class? Pair a peplum top with distressed capris or neutral skinnies. For weekends, peplum dresses and tops can be jazzed up with metallic accessories.

7. The Statement Trench

If you add one thing to your fall wardrobe, make it a statement trench. They are fit for braving the chilly weather while running from one class to the next and will help your wardrobe transition into winter. A color-block trench in classic colors is a surefire way to polish off any outfit. Add gloves and a bright blouse underneath, like Rihanna does here, to complete the look.

8. Move Over, Jeans!

Always a wardrobe staple, jeans are a great go-to when getting class-ready. But denim on top is fall's new look. With button-downs and jean jackets in washes galore, it's easy to find a flattering piece of denim to don on top.

For a library-ready ensemble, pair a denim shirt with corduroys. Use contrasting washes of denim on top and bottom to break up all the blue.

9. Stomp the Courtyard

Kick up your back-to-campus look with new kicks: Wedge sneakers! Style a quintessential fall look by pairing wedge sneakers with skinny jeans, a leather jacket and a thin scarf. These comfy shoes work for weekends, too. To achieve a unique going-out look, wear them with a patterned minidress.

10. A Skirt

An A-line patterned skirt guarantees grade-A school style. Pick one with a lighter material and dark colors to pair with black tights for chilly days. Mix it up with a chunky knit sweater on top to contrast the airy skirt, or combine with an oversized jacket that ends below the skirt like Ashlee Simpson for a slimming look.
